<br />SWC Project No. 1751-06 <br />July 15,2005 <br /> <br />AMENDMENT I <br />to the <br />Agreement for Cost Participation by the <br />North Dakota State Water Commission in the <br />Maple River Flood Insurance Study <br />Digital Imagery, Hydraulic Analysis, and Topographic Mapping Project <br /> <br />The intent of amendment I is to amend section "2. INTENT" and section "10. TERM" of the <br />agreement, dated September 16, 2003 between the North Dakota State Water Commission and <br />the Cass County Commission. This amendment I changes the contractual provisions of the <br />agreement in accordance with section "13. MERGER". <br /> <br />2. INTENT. The $28,470 approved and authorized by the State Water <br />Commission, from the funds appropriated to the Commission in the 2003-2005 biennium and <br />carried over to the 2005-2007 biennium, to the County on .August 6, 2003 by the Commission on <br />June 22. 2005, will be used to pay for 35% of the eligible costs incurred in the Maple River <br />Flood Insurance Study Digital Imagery, Hydraulic Analysis, and Topographic Mapping Project <br />(Project). <br /> <br />10. TERM.
