SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED PROPERTY, Deeds for two properties <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to authorize the chairman <br />and county auditor to sign county deeds for two tax-forfeited properties <br />sold at the tax sale held November 19, 2002. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />11. SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED PROPERTY, County auditor authorized to offer properties <br />to cities: deeds to West Farao. Paae. Enderlin. Harwood and Oxbow <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to authorize the county <br />auditor to offer to cities any unsold property from the annual tax sale list <br />for $1.00 per property plus a recording fee of $13.00, with the stipulation <br />that the county will cancel all taxes and the city will cancel all specials <br />against the property; and authorize the chairman and the county auditor <br />to sign deeds to the cities for property from the annual tax sale. On roll <br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />12. LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Received and filed for Harmonv Township <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to receive and file the <br />Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Harmony Township, and <br />authorize the county treasurer and the county auditor to issue a <br />duplicate check. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />13. EXTENSION SERVICES, Emplovee participation in 1 OK-a-dav walkina proaram <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded that Cass County endorse <br />the 10K-a-day walking program through Cass County Extension and <br />Fargo Cass Public Health and allow solicitation of county employees, at <br />no cost to the county. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />
