In addition, we also assume responsibility for administering the selection <br />process for the FMDA. <br />Three-Phase Project Approach for Success <br />Our proposed executive search process is designed to provide the FMDA with the full range of <br />services required to ensure the ultimate selection of a new Executive Director who is uniquely <br />suited to the FMDA's needs. <br /> <br />Phase I: As desired by the FMDA, our consultant will meet with the Diversion Authority Board <br />and other FMDA representatives to ascertain the FMDA’s needs and ideal candidate attributes, <br />to target our search efforts, and maximize candidate fit with the FMDA. <br />Phase II: The recruitment process is tailored to fit the FMDA’s specific wants and needs, with <br />targeted advertising, combined with personal contacts with qualified individuals from our <br />extensive database. <br />Phase III: The selection process is customized for the FMDA.
