3 <br />WHEREAS, the Metro Flood Diversion Authority believes those Respondents <br />recommended jointed by the Evaluation Team and the Co-Executive Directors to be short listed <br />exhibited the highest qualifications and capacity of those SOQs to deliver the DCAI. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Metro Flood Diversion Authority: <br /> <br />1. The SOQ Evaluation Report attached as Exhibit A hereto, including its joint <br />recommendation of the Evaluation Team and the Co-Executive Directors, is hereby <br />approved and adopted. <br />2. The following Respondents are short listed to participate in the Request for Proposals <br />phase to Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain the Diversion Channel and <br />Associated Infrastructure Work Package of the Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan Area <br />Flood Risk Management Project: <br /> Lake Agassiz Partners <br /> Red River Partners <br /> Red River Valley Alliance <br /> Red River Valley Partners. <br /> <br />Dated: October 13, 2016 <br /> APPROVED: <br /> <br /> <br /> Darrell Vanyo, Chair <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />Heather Worden, Secretary <br /> <br /> <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />________________, and upon roll call vote, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />________________________________________.
