<br />TASK_ORDER_SUMMARY_2014‐1009.DOCX 3 <br />Houston‐Moore Group, LLC (HMG) <br />Task Order No. 17, Amendment 0 Add $ 1,550,000 <br />Services During Construction <br />Description: <br />Provide Services During Construction (SDC) for projects designed by HMG for the Fargo‐Moorhead Area <br />Flood Diversion Project (Project), and provide primary project management and construction inspection on <br />specific projects. <br />Background: <br />Two (2) HMG designed construction projects for WP‐42 (Red River Levees) have been bid and will be <br />starting in the fall of 2014. Engineering services are required during construction of the project. <br />This task order authorizes SDC for WP‐42A.1/A.3 (4th St Pump Station and 2nd St. So. Floodwall) and <br />WP‐42A.2 (2nd St. N. Pump Station) and includes fulfilling the duties of the Engineer, complying with <br />MFR‐018, participating in partnering meetings, complying with established safety plans, providing a <br />Resident Project Representative (RPR), responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, updating as‐built <br />drawings, assist Owner’s Representative with payment applications, prepare a project inspection and <br />monitoring plan, provide flood risk reduction certifications at completion of project, and provide project <br />management services including monthly status reports, invoicing, and periodic project meetings. <br />Recommendation: <br />PMC recommends authorization for Task Order No. 17, Amendment 0 for $ 1,550,000. <br /> <br />DR <br />A <br />F <br />T
