RECEDED <br /> <br /> NOV 1 2 2002 <br />November 11, 2002 CASS COUNIY COMMI6,.fiJON <br /> <br />Scott Wagner, portfolio Commission <br />Cass County Commission <br />Cass County Courthouse <br />Fargo, ND 58103 <br /> <br /> RE: Computer Aided Dispatch and Record Management System <br /> <br />Commissioner Wagner: <br /> <br />The Red River Radio Dispatch Center has submitted an agreement for a Computer <br />Aided Dispatch and Record Management System and ask that the county adopt said <br />agreement at your next commission meeting. <br /> <br />The agreement was prepared by the Fargo City Attorney's Office and reviewed by <br />the RRRDC Record Management Subcommittee of which i am a member. It has <br />been forwarded to our State's Attorney for commant. <br /> <br />This agreement is similar in content to one that the county entered into in 2001, <br />which allowed om' Office to utilize and share the Fargo Police Department's Record <br />Management System. <br /> <br />Our Office is requesting that the County Commission adopt the agreement and <br />authorize the chairman to sign an original document which will be forwarded to the <br />county in the near £uture. The original will contain the signatures of the other <br />jurisdictions involved in the Joint Dispatch Center project. <br /> <br />Sample Motion: <br /> <br />Move to approve the Computer Aided Dispatch and Record Management <br />System Agreement w/th the City of Fargo and authorize the Chairman to <br />sign said agreement. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />Capt.
