RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A 24-MONTH MORATORIUM ON THE DESTRUCTION <br />OR REMOVAL OF HISTORIC LANDMARKS COMMONLY CALLED THE CASS COUNTY <br />JAIL AND SHERIFF'S RESIDENCE <br /> <br />A group of citizens has asked the Cass County Board of Commissioners to establish a 24- <br />month moratorium on demolition of the old Cass County Jail and Sheriff's Residence. The <br />first reading was held September 16, 2002.
