<br />Chairman and County Auditor, respectively, of CASS COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA, a body corporate
<br />under the laws of the State of North Dakota, and that they are authorized by CASS COUNTY, NORTH
<br />DAKOTA to execute this Affidavit, Consent and Joinder on behalf of said entity.

<br />DAKOTA, do hereby certify that they are acquainted with Schmit First Addition to the City of Fargo,
<br />North Dakota, in that CASS COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA, was co-mortgagor under that certain
<br />mortgage dated November 1, 2001, and recorded December 19, 2001, at 3:40 p.m. as Document
<br />gl002115, and that Schmit First Addition, a replat of all of Block Three (3), Sullivan Addition to the City
<br />of Fargo, a part of the Northwest Q~ (NW Vd) of Section One (1), Township One Hundred Thirty-eight
<br />North (T138N), Range Forty-nine West (R49W), Cass Coumy, North Dakota was filed on April 25, 2002
<br />at 2:40 p.m., in Book "SI" of Plats, page 96, as Certificate No. 1013977, in the office of thc County
<br />Recorder, Cass County, North Dakota.

<br /> The undersigned, CASS COUNTY NORTH DAKOTA, did not join in said plat and does hereby
<br />ratify, confirm and dedicate such plat, and does hereby join in the execution, delivery and filing of said
<br />plat, and specifically the dedicating and conveying to the public, for public use, the streets, avenues,
<br />drives, and easements as shown on said plat, and any covenants made a part of that plat, the same as
<br />though its name appeared on said plat.
