I refer your attention lo the enclosed title opinion, and more <br />particularly, to paragraph 6 o£that opinion. <br /> <br /> As you can see, when the property was originally platted, certain entities were to have joined in <br />the plat but did not. To correct that error, a joinder and consent must now be issued by each of the <br />interested parties at the time o£ the recorchng of the plat. To that end, I have prepared thc enclosed <br />Affidavit, Consent and Joinder for Cass County~ I would ask that you obtain the signatures of the County <br />officials and return the document to our office.
