On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />The Board reviewed applications received to date for renewal <br />of County beer and liquor licenses for the year 1988. A township <br />consent form, which is a requirement of State law, was not yet returned <br />for Ruby Stensrud of Wheatland and for the Windbreak, Inc. located <br />in Barnes Township. The Stanley Township Board of Supervisors <br />declined to give their consent on the application of the Lower 48, <br />Inc. as long at the Attorney General is opposed to the approval of <br />the license. A letter to the County Auditor from States Attorney <br />Robert Hoy requested an opportunity to express comments on the license <br />held by Lower 48, Inc. before action by the County Commission. Mrs. <br />Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to grant approval of the <br />following County beer and liquor license applications for 1988. She discussed addition of the <br />routine mammography screenings, and a State law enacted on <br />July 1, 1987, necessitating changes in the area of benefits for <br />psychiatric and substance abuse services. She informed the <br />Commission that the aggregate stop /loss agreement will not change <br />for 1988. Mr. Larson requested additional information on the 1987 <br />contract, which Mr. Kostka of Dan Martinsen, Inc. has in his file <br />on Cass County. Diana Murack was instructed to obtain that <br />information, and this matter will be placed on the agenda for next <br />week. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Art Glasow of Durbin and Mr. Allen Peterson, <br />representing the local committee for the North Dakota Centennial <br />Celebration, appeared before the Board with a hand -made quilt <br />
