The Stanley Township Board of Supervisors declined to give their consent on the application of the Lower 48, Inc. as long at the Attorney General is opposed to the approval of the license. A letter to the County Auditor from States Attorney Robert Hoy requested an opportunity to express comments on the license held by Lower 48, Inc. before action by the County Commission. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to grant approval of the following County beer and liquor license applications for 1988. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. She discussed addition of the routine mammography screenings, and a State law enacted on July 1, 1987, necessitating changes in the area of benefits for psychiatric and substance abuse services. She informed the Commission that the aggregate stop /loss agreement will not change for 1988. Mr. Larson requested additional information on the 1987 contract, which Mr. Kostka of Dan Martinsen, Inc. has in his file on Cass County. Diana Murack was instructed to obtain that information, and this matter will be placed on the agenda for next week. Mr. and Mrs. Art Glasow of Durbin and Mr. Allen Peterson, representing the local committee for the North Dakota Centennial Celebration, appeared before the Board with a hand -made quilt
