Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that Sheriff Deputies <br />Dean Wawers and Charles Sauvageau be authorized to attend the quarterly <br />meeting of the North Dakota Bomb Technicians' Association on October <br />20 -23, 1987, in Canada. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to receive and file <br />the following Officer's Reports for September: Motion carried. <br />Clerk of Court 5,819.50 <br />County Court $29,454.90 <br />Register of Deeds $16,661.70 <br />Sheriff 7,805.93 <br />Veterans Service Office <br />Upon receipt of a letter of resignation of Dayton Byram as an <br />advisory member of the Cass County Planning Commission, Mrs. Stanton <br />moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to accept the resignation with regret, <br />and that Chairman Wieland send a letter of appreciation to Mr. Byram. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and file <br />a letter from the Fargo -Cass Count Economic Development Corporation <br />thanking the County for their 1988 budget appropriation. Motion <br />carried. <br />The Commissioners decided to meet at 11:00 A.M. on October 14, <br />1987, to consider eight applicants for the position of Administrative <br />Assistant. <br />On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mrs. Stanton, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
