REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS JULY 7, 1987 The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Don Eckert at 9:15 A.M. but there was no quorum present so the Vice Chairman declared a recess until 12:00 Noon, at which time the following members were present: Jeannette Stanton, Don Eckert and Oscar Sondrall. Members absent were Alon Wieland and Ray Larson. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. Upon the request of Alvin Johnson, County Social Services, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve overtime pay for the Eligibility Staff at a maximum amount of $6,000 for the purpose of converting the Medical Assistance program to computer. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the Cass County Commission schedule a public meeting for Thursday, July 16th, in the Juvenile Justice Center from 5:00 -7:00 PM regarding the Chrisan -Glen Subdivision. Motion carried. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that Vouchers No. 76,215 through No. 77,084 be approved and ordered paid. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to reapprove the following Pledges of Assets for July, 1987. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
