<br />OF CASS COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA
<br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign the contract with
<br />Daugherty- Dawkins, Inc. of Minneapolis, MN, for the lease of the road equipment. Upon roll call vote,
<br />the motion carried unanimously.
<br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign the contract with J. E.
<br />Krieg Contractors for the remodeling of the Juvenile Justice Detention Center. On roll call vote, the
<br />motion carried unanimously.
<br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize the approval of the Sunday beer and wine
<br />license for the Bison Trap and Skeet Range located near Horace, ND, subject to proper payment for
<br />one -half of the year. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
<br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve the Sunday beer and wine license for the
<br />Oxbow Country Club located near Hickson, ND, subject to proper payment for one -half of the year. On roll
<br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
<br />On motion by Mr. Eckert and seconded by Mrs. Stanton, the meeting was adjourned.

<br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
<br />On motion by Mrs. Stanton and seconded by Mr. Sondrall, the meeting was adjourned.
<br />JULY 7, 1987
<br />The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Don Eckert at 9:15 A.M. but there was no quorum
<br />present so the Vice Chairman declared a recess until 12:00 Noon, at which time the following members were
<br />present: Jeannette Stanton, Don Eckert and Oscar Sondrall. Members absent were Alon Wieland and Ray
<br />Larson.
<br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as
<br />written. Motion carried.
<br />Upon the request of Alvin Johnson, County Social Services, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall
<br />seconded to approve overtime pay for the Eligibility Staff at a maximum amount of $6,000 for the purpose
<br />of converting the Medical Assistance program to computer. On roll call vote, the motion carried
<br />unanimously.
<br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the-Cass County Commission schedule a public
<br />meeting for Thursday, July 16th, in the Juvenile Justice Center from 5:00 -7:00 PM regarding the
<br />Chrisan -Glen Subdivision. Motion carried.
<br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that Vouchers No. 76215 through 77084 be approved and
<br />ordered paid. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
<br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to reapprove the following Pledges of Assets for July,
<br />1987. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
<br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that a check from the North Dakota Attorney General's
<br />Office in the amount of $1,019.34 for gaming tax payback be referred to the Sheriff's Department for
<br />enforcement of the State's gaming laws. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
<br />Upon the request of County Judge Cynthia Rothe, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to
<br />include Fargo Municipal Judge Tom Davies and County Judge Donald Cooke on the Cass County Committee on
<br />Municipal Court Services. Motion carried.
