Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to authorize the <br />Chairman to sign the contract with Daugherty- Dawkins, Inc. of <br />Minneapolis, MN, for the lease of the road equipment. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize the <br />Chairman to sign the contract with J. E. Krieg Contractors for the <br />remodeling of the Juvenile Justice Detention Center. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize the <br />approval of the Sunday beer and wine license for the Bison Trap and <br />Skeet Range located near Horace, ND, subject to proper payment for <br />one -half of the year. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mrs Stanton moved and Mr Sondrall seconded to approve the Sunday <br />beer and wine license for the Oxbow Country Club located near Hickson, <br />ND, subject to proper payment for one -half of the year. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />On motion by Mr. Eckert and seconded by Mrs. Stanton, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
