Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to approve the <br />Commission Salary Committee Recommendation Version 2 for 1987 elected <br />officials and department head salary increases, retroactive to January <br />1, 1987. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to receive and file <br />the Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Hilber Chemical Company, <br />and authorize the County Auditor to issue a duplicate check. On roll <br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />A letter was received from the Office of Management and Budgeting <br />stating that the Cass County Housing grant applications for Community <br />Development Block Grant funds were denied. <br />The Chairman will respond to correspondence from the "Hotline" <br />Coordinator regarding on -call service by the staff of the Social <br />Services' Community Survival Program. <br />The Chairman will respond to concerns by certain County employees <br />regarding the proposed change in the Personnel Policy Manual on the <br />date of payday. <br />On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mrs. Stanton, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
