feels the County Court should operate with one Court Recorder and <br />one Court Reporter, to be shared by both County Judges. <br />Upon the request of the County's maintenance Supervisor and <br />Joseph Rosatti, Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Larson seconded that Joseph <br />Rosatti be authorized to work part -time in the Maintenance Department <br />on the basis of 9 days per month at the hourly rate of $5.59, for <br />a total of $352.17 per month. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />There was an item in the Suggestion Box on employee parking, <br />and Mr. Wieland stated that a committee has already decided that <br />parking stickers will be issued for parking in the Juvenile Center <br />parking lot. A survey was conducted on the need for parking in the <br />lots on the Courthouse property, and this will need further study. <br />Architect Richard Moorhead presented plans for signage <br />throughout the Courthouse and explained the plan to department heads <br />and received a positive response from them. Mr. Larson moved and <br />Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize Scott Krueger to work with the <br />Architect to obtain cost proposals for next Tuesday on the signage <br />for the Courthouse. Motion carried. <br />The Chairman recessed for a meeting of the Cass County Building <br />Authority and upon reconvening, Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert <br />seconded to approve Building Authority action on Disbursement <br />Direction #21 in the amount of $143,261.95. The motion carried on <br />roll call vote with all members present voting "Aye <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve Building <br />Authority action on Change Order G -12 to T.F. Powers Construction <br />in the amount of $2,948.00; Change Order E -8 in the amount of $816.00, <br />Change Order E -9 in the amount of $3,665.00 and Change Order E -10 <br />in the amount of $508.00 to Dakota Electric Construction. The motion <br />carried on roll call vote with all members present voting "Aye <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert <br />G -16 to T.F. Powers Construction in <br />Courthouse remodeling. The motion <br />all members present voting "Aye <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert <br />G -17 to T.F. Powers Construction in <br />Courthouse remodeling. The motion <br />all members present voting "Aye <br />seconded to approve Change Order <br />the amount of $6,116.00 for the <br />carried on roll call vote with <br />seconded to approve Change Order <br />the amount of $5,120.00 for the <br />carried on roll call vote with <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Larson seconded to reject Change Order <br />E -13 to Dakota Electric Construction, and refer it to Scott Krueger <br />for review. The motion carried on roll call vote with all members <br />present voting "Aye <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve partial <br />payment No. 11 to T.F. Powers Construction in the amount of $31,184.00; <br />No. 16 to West Fargo Plumbing Heating in the amount of $1,675.65; <br />
