Scott Krueger reported that he has <br />contacted the Otis Elevator Company about improving the situation. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the Chairman <br />be authorized to sign the Agreement to Provide Professional Consulting <br />Services with the North Dakota Association of Counties in relation <br />to the Indirect Cost Plan Development on Federal programs managed <br />at the county level. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Chairman <br />be authorized to sign a resolution of support to the Lake Agassiz <br />Regional Council, which includes payment of $10,000.00 from the 1987 <br />County Budget. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the Chairman <br />be authorized to sign the County Deed to Michael N. and Nancy Jo Erdmann <br />for the re- purchase of property on the 1986 Delinquent Tax Sale List <br />in the City of Casselton described as Lots 9 and 10, Block 8, Original <br />Townsite. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Chairman <br />be authorized to sign the County Deeds to the City of Page for purchase <br />of the six parcels of land on the 1986 Delinquent Tax Sale List, and <br />to cancel the general taxes in the amount of $1,121.26. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mrs. Stanton, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
