Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the Agreement to Provide Professional Consulting Services with the North Dakota Association of Counties in relation to the Indirect Cost Plan Development on Federal programs managed at the county level. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign a resolution of support to the Lake Agassiz Regional Council, which includes payment of $10,000.00 from the 1987 County Budget. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the County Deed to Michael N. and Nancy Jo Erdmann for the re- purchase of property on the 1986 Delinquent Tax Sale List in the City of Casselton described as Lots 9 and 10, Block 8, Original Townsite. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the County Deeds to the City of Page for purchase of the six parcels of land on the 1986 Delinquent Tax Sale List, and to cancel the general taxes in the amount of $1,121.26. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mrs. Stanton, the meeting was adjourned.
