Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the Chairman <br />be authorized to send a letter to Richard Rayl, Director of the Office <br />of Management and Budget, to Governor George Sinner, to Lt. Governor <br />Ruth Meiers and to Congressman Dorgan, Andrews and Burdick stating <br />the Cass County Commission's views on the Community Development Block <br />Grant program. Motion carried. <br />On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mrs. Stanton, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
