O.O. 226115 Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to authorize the Data Processing Manager to spend up to $16,834.00 for four personal computers from AT &T or IBM for use by Social Services, County Court, Sheriff and Disaster Emergency Services. The motion carried on roll call vote with four members voting "Aye Mr. Eckert opposing. Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve Change Order G -2 in the amount of $176.00 additional for the North Wing remodeling project. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to approve Change Order G -3 for a deduct of $1,010 for the North Wing remodeling project. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to approve Change Order E -1 in the amount of $2,360.00 additional for the North Wing remodeling. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to approve Partial Payment #2 to Meinecke-Johnson Company in the amount of $31,730.00, Partial Payment #2 to Grant's Mechanical in the amount of $8,265.00 and Partial Payment #1 to Dakota Electric Construction in the amount of $7,600.00 for the North Wing Remodeling project. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to approve Partial Payment #7 to T.F. Powers Construction in the amount of $2,579.00 and Partial Payment #10 to West Fargo Plumbing and Heating in the amount of $2,850.50 for the Courthouse remodeling project. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to grant approval of a Raffle Permit to the Fargo Area Sportsman's Club on the date of September 18, 1986, at the Bison Trap and Skeet Range, Horace. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Correspondence was received from the States Attorney requesting one or two Commissioners to meet in his office next week concerning the 1985 annual audit pertaining to the Cass County Building Authority. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and file copies of a letter to the four Water Resource Districts in Cass County from the Attorney for the Red River Joint Water Resource Board regarding their 1987 budget allocations. Motion carried. The Chairman will discuss a letter from Deborah Sornsin, former County Court employee, with the Clerk of County Court and respond to the letter accordingly. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to appoint Dr. H.A. Ohrt as Chairman of the Cass County Centennial Committee to prepare for North Dakota's centennial in 1989. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Larson seconded to compensate Steve Grindberg, County Road Department employee, in the amount of $2,000.00 for unused and unobtainable vacation time from previous years up to December 31, 1985. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Committee reports were given. On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mr. Eckert, the meeting was adjourned.
