Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Chairman <br />be authorized to sign the County Deed to Bernice Norquist, the <br />re- purchaser of property located in the City of Hunter. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Upon written request from County Auditor Ordelle Brua, Mrs. <br />Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to authorize the County Auditor <br />to have a representative from American Information Systems present <br />for the June 10th Primary Election at a cost of $950-$1,000. On roll <br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the election <br />poll clerks for the June 10th Primary Election be paid $3.88 per hour <br />to attend the County Auditor's election school as allowed by State <br />law. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Correspondence from Attorney Daniel Twichell regarding changes <br />in the North Dakota Bonding Fund coverage on public officials <br />performance of duties was referred to Commissioner Eckert and <br />Administrative Assistant Scott Krueger to determine if this coverage <br />is provided in the County's liability insurance. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to receive and file <br />a letter from the City of Casselton expressing appreciation for the <br />disaster assistance rendered to the City after the recent ice storm. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Larson seconded to receive and file <br />the following Officer's Reports for April, 1986: On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br />Clerk of Court 6,335.00 <br />County Court $31,439.69 <br />Register of Deeds $17,729.20 <br />Sheriff 7,338.91 <br />Veterans Service Office <br />A notice of hearing on petition for consolidation by Blue <br />Cross -Blue Shield of North Dakota was received from the North Dakota <br />State Insurance Department, said hearing to be held on May 28, 1986, <br />in the Capitol Building, Bismarck. <br />Regarding appointments to the County's Salary Review Committee, <br />the Chairman requested Scott Krueger to send a directive to Jim <br />Thoreson asking him to have the employees appoint their <br />representatives within the next two weeks. Mr. Larson moved and Mr. <br />Eckert seconded to re- appoint Alon Wieland to represent the Commission <br />for 1986 on the Salary Review Committee. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to accept the check <br />from Keith M. Warren in the amount of $600.00 for rental of the pasture <br />land in the SW 1/4 of Section 6, Rochester Township, for the year <br />1986. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />
