States Attorney <br />Robert Hoy stated that he is in agreement with Recommendation #4 on <br />changing the procedure for processing bad checks, but it will be a <br />major issue with the merchants. Recommendations #5, #6 and #7 pertain <br />to the use of computers, which Mr. Hoy hopes will be implemented as <br />soon as possible. Recommendation #8 on the staffing analysis was <br />delayed by the Commission. <br />On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mr. Eckert, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
