REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS APRIL 15, 1986 Chairman Alon Wieland called the meeting to order and upon roll call, all members were present. Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the County Deeds to the City of Horace for the sale of Lots 1, 2, 3 and the W 1/2 of Lot 6 in Peterson's Subdivision, City of Horace, for $1.00 per lot; and to cancel the five -year delinquent taxes in the amount of $330.08. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign the County Deeds to Ron Hazer for the sale of Lots 3, 6 and 21, Block 10 and Lot 12, Block 11, Meadow Brook Park Subdivision, Mapleton Township; and to cancel the 1985 taxes in the amount of $23.92. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that $281.25 be paid from the County Contingency Fund and placed together with the money that the Regional Child Support Enforcement Director has in her budget to complete a transaction with Vincent Price for computer programming; and that Mr. Price sign an agreement prepared by the States Attorney's Office acknowledging that he has been paid in full for his services. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to grant approval of the Application for a County Beer License to Walker Investments, Inc. d /b /a Bison Trap and Skeet Range located in Warren Township for the remainder of 1986. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. The following bids were received for artwork restoration in the Courthouse dome area: Dean B. Bowman $9,270.00 Philip J. Thompson $8,000.00 Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the Chairman appoint two people to review the above bids with the Architect, and to report back at the next meeting for final approval Motion carried. The Chairman and Mrs. Stanton will meet with the Architect. Mr. Sondrall reported on a meeting held April 10th to organize a Cass County Centennial Committee to plan for the 1989 North Dakota Centennial celebration. Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Larson seconded to appoint Dr. H.A. Ohrt, John D. Paulson, Carin Noriega, Allen J. Petersen, George Griffeth, Adeline Hartl and Oscar Sondrall as the "Cass County Centennial Committee Motion carried. Each of the
