It was suggested that a response be made through
the County Newsletter prepared by the Administrative Assistant.
One item pertains to allowing County employees to have an option
of working their 40 hours per week in four 10 -hour days. Mrs. Stanton
moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the County not change it's policy
of employees working five 8 -hour days per week, except in the Road
Department and Sheriff's Department where previously approved
otherwise. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
Another item from the Suggestion Box pertained to employee
parking. Mr. Wieland stated that the County does provide free parking
in the Juvenile Center parking lot to the west of the Courthouse.
