REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />JANUARY 7, 1986 <br />Chairman Ray Larson called the meeting to order and upon roll <br />call, all members were present. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the minutes of <br />the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br />The first order of business was to appoint a new Chairman and <br />Vice Chairman for 1986. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded <br />that Commissioner Alon Wieland be appointed Chairman of the Cass County <br />Commission for the year 1986. The motion carried on roll call vote <br />with four members voting "Aye" and Mr. Wieland voting "Pass <br />Mr. Wieland thanked Commissioner Ray Larson for the commendable <br />job he did during 1985 as Chairman of the Commission. He then called <br />for nominations for Vice Chairman. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to nominate <br />Commissioner Oscar Sondrall as Vice Chairman of the Cass County <br />Commission for 1986. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that <br />the nominations cease and that Commissioner Sondrall be appointed <br />Vice Chairman.
