Dakota State Fair Association. Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Administrative Assistant send a memo to all department heads and elected officials informing them that because of the Garcia decision on overtime compensation, accurate records must be kept in writing effective November 1, 1985, or prior; and that a sample form accompany the memo that can be utilized for daily and weekly records plus vacation and sick leave for a uniform County system. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. On motion by Mr. Eckert and seconded by Mr. Sondrall, the meeting was adjourned.
