Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and file <br />the following Officer' s Reports for September, 1985: Motion carried. <br />Clerk of Court 6,104.50 <br />County Court $29,510.76 <br />Register of Deeds $14,073.10 <br />Sheriff $10,113.67 <br />Veterans Service Office <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the Chairman <br />be authorized to sign the County Deeds for the sale of Lot 3, Block <br />5 in Meadow Ridge First Addition, Lots 3 and 4, Block 2 in Tintes <br />Holding Company Second Addition, to the City of West Fargo for $1.00 <br />per lot and to cancel the 5 -year delinquent taxes in the amount of <br />$17,783.65. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />On motion by Mr Wieland and seconded by Mrs Stanton, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
