Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that insurance claim <br />funds in the amount of $2,215.16 for the water damage at the Cass <br />County Courthouse be returned to the Emergency Fund. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to advertise for bids <br />for County property and liability insurance. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to pay $1,500.00 to <br />Robert C. Rust for insurance consultant fees for January, 1984 through <br />January, 1985. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />A bill from the Cass County Historical Society for insurance <br />on a steam locomotive at Bonanzaville was referred to Commissioner <br />Eckert for discussion with the Historical Society on property values. <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the salary for <br />Robert Hoy, States Attorney, be increased to $40,821.50 annually, <br />effective July 1, 1985, according to State law. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br />The County Auditor reported that budget forms for the 1986 County <br />budget have been distributed to Department Heads, and the Auditor <br />would like to have a uniform salary figure for them to submit in their <br />budgets.
