Refunding Improvement Bonds for the South Acres Sewer and Water project <br />in the amount of $94.67 and for the Chrisan and Riverdale Subdivisions <br />Street Improvement projects in the amount of $172.01. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the Chairman <br />be authorized to sign the Satisfaction and Discharge of Trust Mortgage <br />on Lot 12, Block 7, Morton and Doty's Addition to the City of Fargo. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the County <br />Auditor be authorized to pay the bill to Boerth's Frame and Mirror, <br />Inc. in the amount of $76.28 for matting and framing a picture of <br />the Cass County Courthouse. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to accept the payment <br />from Keith M. Warren in the amount of $600.00 for rental of pasture <br />land in Rochester Township for the summer of 1985. Motion carried <br />unanimously. The Chairman asked Commissioners Eckert and Wieland <br />to investigate the possible future sale of this property. <br />On motion by Mrs. Stanton and seconded by Mr. Eckert, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
