Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to send the letter to the North Dakota Congressional delegation and to the President of the United States endorsing the proposed cut in Federal Revenue Sharing. The motion carried on roll call vote with Mrs. Stanton, Mr. Larson and Mr. Wieland voting "Aye"; Mr. Sondrall and Mr. Eckert opposing.
