Holmen's 2nd & 3rd Subd.--bills to be paid Nationwide Cleaning System--proposal on janitorial services at Cthse. & Annex Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and file the following Officer's Reports for October. 1984: Motion carried. Clerk of Court County Court Register of Deeds Sheriff Veterans Service Office $ 5.624.00 $29.092.50 $12.297.80 $ 7.424.33 Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the County Audi tor be authori zed to pay a bi 11 to Johnson Construction in the amount of $36.773.10 from the South Acres Sewer and Water Project funds. On roll call vote. the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Wi eland seconded that the County Audi tor be authori zed to pay a bi 11 to Lightowler and Johnson Associates in the amount of $47.25 from the Holmen's Third Subdivision Street Improvement Project funds and a bill to Lightowler and Johnson Associates in the amount of $253.20 from the Holmen's Second Subdivision Street Improvement Project funds. On roll call vote. the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Richard Scholberg from Nationwide Cleaning Systems in Fargo made a presentation to the Commission on janitorial services that his company performs. The Commission asked him not to divulge any figures at this time for his services. Mr. Wieland suggested placing an advertisement in the newspaper for janitorial services at the Courthouse and Annex since the Commission is not satisfied with the work of the present janitorial service.
