On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. PERMIT FOR SITE AUTHORIZATION, National MUltiple Sclerosis Society MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to grant a site authorization permit to conduct games of chance under a license issued by the North Dakota Attorney General's Office for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society-Dakota Chapter at the Knickerbocker Liquor Locker, Hickson, North Dakota, during the period of September 3, 2002 through June 30, 2003. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 11. CONTRACT APPROVAL, Tri-5tate Strlpina MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve the following contract submitted by respective department head, subject to state's attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign: Tri-State Striping, Inc. for 2002 county highway striping in the amount of $91,888.85. CONTRACT RESCINDED WITH ASTAR, Approve contract with EZ Gov MOTION, passed Mr. Meyer moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to rescind the contract with Astar, Inc. to provide for a Web Tool and for the display and collection of property taxes, according to a letter from the County Auditor dated August 30, 2002.
