Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the County Auditor be authorized to Architects Ito pay $11,626.72 to the architects, Clark, Holman and Moorhead, as final payment for on Cthse. Addn. icompletion of Phase II, Courthouse Addition. On roll call vote, the motion carried I unanimously. Comm. hires Captain Clean power cleaning service AUd. to pay bill: Mr. Larson moved and Mr. to Architects for1to pay the architects, Clark, work on Jail Iwork done on the Jail outdoor rec. area I unanimously. i i The Auditor reported that the Architect made a study of the Courthouse bell tower larea and they received a proposal to clean up the attic and the bell tower and to Iscreen in the area temporarily to prevent pigeons from getting back in. One of the inext priorities on the Courthouse project will be to restore the bell tower area ito a safe condition which has been estimated to cost $80-$100,000.00. I '1' Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Commission hire the Captain Clean .power cleaning company of Sabin, Minnesota, to furnish all necessary equipment and iinsurance at the rate of $36.00 per hour for a two-man crew to disinfect and deodorize ithe Courthouse bell tower area. The Commission received copies of the precinct results from the August !Special Election, and they discussed the financial situation of the County. iAuditor suggested that the Commission meet with all County Department Heads ! September 14th. ! Hendrickson seconded that the County Auditor be authorized Holman and Moorhead, in the amount of $1,040.73 for recreation area. Election '31st The County next Tuesday, Disc. on hazardouk Representatives of the Minnesota Waste Management Board were scheduled to appear waste disp. siteslbefore the County Commission this morning regarding hazardous waste disposal, but they in Minnesota were not able to appear due to transportation problems. They stated that they would be ,meeting with the Fargo City Commissioners at 2:00 P.M. today if any of the County icommissioners could attend that meeting at City Hall. Mrs. Stanton and Mr. Larson I stated that they would plan to attend. I I Vouchers apprvd. I Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that Vouchers No. 27,140 through 'No. 27,906 and Revenue Sharing Vouchers No. 319 through No. 321 be approved and ordered paid. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. ElectriciNorthwestern Bell Telephone Company to bury cable on County Road 32 east of Amenia granted utility land to Cass County Electric Co-op to put underground cable across County Road 2 in the permits iSE~ of Section 17, Bell Township. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Disc. on State: Steve Grindberg, County Road Superintendent, reported on money the County could Aid for road rreceive from the State of North Dakota for road projects scheduled for lettings in projects 11982-1983 if the County has the funds to share in the cost of the projects. The Board I'delayed any decision on the 3 projects in Cass County which are on the letting schedule until the Commission reviews the budget situation. !
