SECOND AMENDMENT TO <br />ON-LINE SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO ON-LINE SERVICES AGREEMENT (the <br />'"Amendment") is made and entered into a~ of thc day of 2002, by and <br />between EZGOV, ]NC., a Delaware corporation, ("EzGov") and CA~S COUNTY, NORTH <br />DAKOTA a public enti~ acting by and through its duly elected represenb~fives ("Customer")~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, EzGav ~nd Customer are parties to ~ On-line Services Agreement <br />dated August 1,2000 ([he "Services Agreement"); <br /> <br />term cr~ one (1) year; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~ov desires to re~ew the Services Agreement )<or a term of one (1) <br />year provided that Customer pays a subscrJplien fee of $10,000,QO for [he renew~ term; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, subject to th. tares and c=nditions set forth herein, thc p~tiee desire to <br />amend the Services Agreement as provided herein. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFQRF-~ FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the premises, the mutual <br />promises, core,la,ts ~nd agreements contorted h~reln, and other good a~d vmluablc <br />c~slderal:ion, the receipt and sufficicnc2 af which ar~ hereby ac~rl~wledged, the parties <br /> <br />Customer agrees to pay EzGov a subscription fee of St 0,000.
