Parcel #9690-1 $ 282.46 Dated at Fargo, North Dakota, this 6th day of January, 1982. $6,225.15 States Attorney Robert Hoy reported that there is one redistricting option available for County Commissioners to be elected at large rather than by districts, which would be filing of petitions in accordance with Section 11-07-06 NDCC. Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Larson seconded that Robert Hoy, recently appointed .States Attorney, be paid an annual salary of $36,633.00, which is the same as the previous States Attorney. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded to approve the Site Authorization Permit for the Red River Human Services Foundation to hold games of chance at the Knickerbocker Lounge in Hickson, North Dakota, for the year 1982. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that. the County Auditor be authorized to pay the following estimates to contractors on the Courthouse Addition: Rick Electric, Inc. in the amount of $5,376.00 .and Twin City Construction in the amount of $7,000.00. On roll call vote, the motion carrieo unanimously. Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that Wayne Kyser of Erie and Keith Monilaws of Absaraka be reappointed to the Cass County Park Board for the year 1982. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that Vouchers No. 20,984 through No. 21,582 and Revenue Sharing Vouchers No. 291-294 be approved and ordered paid. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. A Salary Committee will be formed consisting of all 5 of the County Commissioners and the County Auditor; and the first meeting will be held on January 20th. On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mr. Hendrickson, the meeting was adjourned. REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COPNTY COMMISSIONERS JANUARY 13, 1982 Chairman Wold called the meeting to order and four members were present, Mrs. Stanton being absent. Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. The County Road Superintendent reported that he was involved in an accident in which the County's Jeep Wagoneer received approximately $4,000.00 worth of damage. He was not responsible for the accident, and the other driver's insurance company has admitted liability. However, Mr. Grindberg feels that it will be difficult to repair the vehicle to it's original condition and he is investigating what kind of a trade-in could be made on another 1981 model. Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that Mr. Frank Richard be reappointed County Surveyor for the year 1982. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
