Bonds Chairman Stanton called the meeting to order and upon roll call, all members were present. Mr. Satrom moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Satrom seconded that the Indemnity Bonds on Lost Instrument for Alfons Allmaras, Jr. and Barbara Burley be received, filed and the Auditor authorized to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Correspondence was read. Vouchers apprvd. Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Satrom seconded that Vouchers No. 10636 through No. 11270 and Revenue Sharing Vouchers No. 224 through No. 23l be approved and ordered paid. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Bd. apprvs. Chng. Order #5 on Cthse. Addn. Aud. to pay est. to J.E. Krieg Officer's Reports recd & filed Aud. auth. to borrow addtl. money, if necess. Appt. to Horace Planning Comm. Portions of Co. roads turned over to their respec- tive cities where located On motion by Mrs. Wold and seconded by Mr. Hendrickson, the meeting was adjourned. ADJOURNED MEETING OF CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS NOVEMBER l2, 1980 Chairman Stanton called the meeting': to order and all members were present. Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written.- Motion carried. ~ Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Satrom seconded that the Board,approve the Change Order #G-5 in the amount of $6,050 for J. E. Krieg & Sons" the general contractor on the Courthouse addition. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Satrom seconded that the Auditor be authorized to pay estimate #5 to J. E. Krieg and Sons in the amount of $54,229.00 for work on the Courthouse Addition. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the following Officer's Reports for October be received and filed: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Clerk of Court County Court Register of Deeds Sheriff $ 2,688.95 $26,679.51- $ 9,572.80 $ 4,726.87 Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the County Auditor be authorized to borrow an additional $500,000.00, if necessary, to meet the County's operating expenses until the tax money is collected. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs.' Wold moved and Mr. Satrom seconded that Mr. Robert Newman be appointed to replace Elder Trom on the City of Horace Planning Commission as rural representation. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Committee Reports were given. On motion by Mr. Satrom and seconded by Mrs. Wold, the meeting was adjourned. ADJOURNED MEETING OF CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS NOVEMBER 19, 1980 Chairman Stanton called the meeting to order and upon roll call, all members were present. Mr. Satrom moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. Upon the recommendation of the County Road Superintendent, Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Satrom seconded that the County turn over to the City of Riverside the portion of County Road 17 from State Highway lO to County Road 10 and the portion of County Road 24 which have been annexed into the City of Riverside. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that the County turn over to the City of West Fargo that portion of County Road 24 which has been annexed into the City of West Fargo. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Satrom seconded that the County turn over to the City of Fargo that portion of County Road 24 which has been annexed into the City of Fargo. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
