<br />Commission Minutes--August 5, 2002 2476 <br /> <br />Cass County Commissioners hosted a joint meeting with Clay County Commissioners and <br />,..... staff from each county earlier today to discuss iterns of mutual concern. <br /> <br />Mr. Wieland suggested hosting a rneeting with the Cities of Horace, West Fargo and Fargo <br />concerning future land annexations in relation to the county's subdivision review committee. <br /> <br />Commissioners were in agreernent with Mr. Montplaisir that it is too soon to make a <br />determination on the possible availability of next year's MIDA bond appropriation until future <br />county projects have been determined. <br /> <br />A schedule for budget meetings was discussed with Mr. Montplaisir and Deb Ness from the <br />Auditor's Office. Commissioners decided to rneet Monday through Thursday next week, <br />from approximately 8:30 AM to Noon, and to meet Friday also, if necessary. <br /> <br />18. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />North Dakota Department of Transportation information on Title II Highway Safety <br />improvernent Program; <br />Lake Agassiz Regional Council Information on an arnendment to the FY2002 Program <br />Distribution Statement. <br /> <br />,..... <br /> <br />19.
