Commission Minutes--August 5, 2002 2471 MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to add Lot 7 Block 19, Bluemont Lakes 9th Addition to the City of Fargo, as omitted property for 2002 in the amount of $52,300.00, according to notice sent from the county auditor to George & Kristiane Flaskerud of Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to add part of Lot B Block 15, Chapins-Auditors Subdivision to the City of Fargo, as omitted property for 2002 in the amount of $354,000.00, according to notice sent from the county auditor to CLC Properties, LLC of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to add part of Lot 2 Block 4, Westfield 2'. Addition to the City of Fargo, as omitted property for 2002 In the amount of $119,700.00, according to notice sent from the county auditor to Parker & Jacinda Vanderwal of Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 6. HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT, Purchase order for material spreaders MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the chairman to sign the purchase order for two material spreaders for the Cass County Highway Department in the amount of $23,192.00. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 7. FINAL PLAT APPROVAL, Goltz Subdivision: variance request also approved MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the Cass County Board of Commissioners grant final plat approval and approve the related variance request from the county road standards for Goltz Subdivision, Section 13 of Township 137N, Range 52W in Cass County, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 8. EXTENSION SERVICES, ParentlnQ Resources Center grant MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that the Parenting Resources Center Program be implemented for July 1, 2002..June 30, 2003, according to grant guidelines; and the Cass County Extension Service to work with the Auditor's Office to amend the budget for the program. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. MOTION, passed Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded that Cass County serve as fiscal agent for the Department of Human Services Children and Family Services Division grant in support of the Parenting Resources Center program in the amount of $15,000, according to a memorandum from Brad Cogdill, Extension Agent/Chair, dated July 31, 2002. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously.
