' i C-5--delegation I A delegation appeared before the Board regarding the replacement of a bridge on County re: bridge betwee~ Road 5 between the Village of Chaffee and the Wheatland Interchange. Upon discussion, Mrs. Chaffee & Wheat- I Wold suggested that the County Road Superintendent and a representative from Houston Engt- iland. I neering discuss the matter further with the State Highway Department and report to the Board at a later date. ' Approval of Bills. Plat of First 'Assembly Subd. 'signed. ADJOURNED MEETING OF CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS DECEMBER 12, 1979 Chairman Satrom called the meeting to order and upon roll call, all members were present , A delegation appeared before the Board to present petitions requesting the County to : take corrective action and repair on County Road 6 in the Chaffee-Lynchburg area. Upon i discussion, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that these petitions be received II and filed and that the Road Superintendent be authorized to acquire cost estimates on the i needed repairs. The motion carried on a roll call vote with all members voting "Aye". i Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the i Grant Award and Acceptance from the North Dakota Law Enforcement Council for CENTRE. The !motion carried on a roll call vote with all members voting "Aye". i i Mr. Gordon Sletmoe, County Safety Director, presented a report to the Board on the re- I suIts of the inspection of the Annex Building which was made on December 7th with the Fire i Department. Upon discussion, Mrs. Wold moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to accept the report iof the Safety Director and that he be authorized to acquire cost estimates on the proposed !recommendations and report to the Board at a later date.
