Upon discuss- <br />lon, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Hendrlckson seconded that the deadline for receiving applica- <br />tion~ for County Judge be set at 9:00 o'clock A.M., Wednesday, October 24,1979. Mrs. Wold moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that Mr. Lieb be authorizedout of state <br />to attend a Study of Courts in the First District of Iowa on October 23 through October 26, 'travel. <br />1979, at no cost to the County. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Upon the recommendation of Steve Grindberg, County Road Superintendent, Mrs. Wold moved Cass County Elec.- <br />and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the utility permit with utility permit <br />Cass County Electric to bury cable under County Road 31 in Section 12 of Reed Township.
