<br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign the
<br />Agreement for Construction, Maintenance Agreement, and Right of Way Certificate for Project
<br />No. C.B.R.S. 0941 (51) Cass County Structure & Incid. - 0.012 miles. The motion carried on
<br />a roll call vote with all members voting "Aye".

<br />Mr. Rod Pieper of the F-M Ambulance Service, Inc. appeared before the Board to request
<br />20% rate increase for basic ambulance service and a 37% rate increase for mileage. Mr.
<br />!Pieper discussed several reasons for the needed rate increase. Mrs. Wold moved and Mrs.
<br />; Stanton seconded that the F-M Ambulance Service, Inc. be given approval for these rate in-
<br />creases. The motion carried on a roll call vote with all members voting "Aye".
<br />
<br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that Chairman Satrom be appointed as a
<br />delegate from Cass County to the North Dakota State Fair Association Annual Meeting. The
<br />: motion carried on a roll call vote with all members voting "Aye".

<br />Chairman Satrom called the recessed meeting of October 3, 1979 to order and upon roll
<br />call, all members were present with Mrs. Wold arriving later.
<br />

<br />Mr. Hendrickson read a report prepared by Harold E. Flint and Associates which stated thy Courthouse Addi-
<br />costs of printing and circulating a brochure on the proposed Courthouse addition in the Fargotion--brochure to
<br />Forum and the Midweek Eagle. Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Wold seconded that Harold E. be circulated in
<br />Flint and Associates be hired to prepare and circulate such a brochure; and quarter page ads the Fargo Forum &
<br />be printed in the Casselton Reporter and the Enderlin newspaper with the total amount of Midweek Eagle; and
<br />advertising not to exceed $4,100.00. The motion carried on a roll call vote with all members~-page ads in

<br />present with Mr. Sondrall and Mrs. Wold being absent.
