I have worked <br />with Ms. Johnson since 1988, and she has always been an advocate of county <br />government. She has worked toward malting Cass County Government an <br />efficient and effective service provider for the citizens of Caas County. <br /> <br />Ms. Johnson has been a driving force for change in Cass County ever since she <br />worked on the Model Project in 1990. At the completion of the Model Project, <br />winch was a study of Cass County Government by the citizens of Cass County, <br />Ms. Johnson was appointed County Coordinator. As coordinator, Ms. Johnson <br />was responsible for ensuring that the recommendations contained in the Model <br />Project were acted upon by the appropriate deparm~ents. <br /> <br />Some of Ms. Johnson's accomplishments since she has been County <br />Coordinator include: <br /> <br /> Cass Connty Jail Project Ms. Joknson has been one of the driving <br />forces behind the Cass County Jail Project. Ms. Johnson was involved from <br />day one in the planmng, selecting the deaig~ team, acting as the project <br />coordinator for the construction, and as a member of the Transition Team. The <br />Transition Team is responsible for ensuring a smooth txansition from the old <br />jail building to the new jail building. As project coordinator, Ms. Johnson is <br />the eyes and ears for the county commission on tins project. <br /> <br /> Joint 911 Dispatch - Ms. Johnson has been involved in the creation of <br />a combined dispatch center for Cass County and the City of Fargo for many <br />years.
