Commission Minutes--June 20, 2005 2918 MOTION, passed Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Pawluk seconded to approve establishing a budget of up to $3,500 for the months of September-December, 2005, for the Cass County Youth Commission; this amount to be paid from the county contingency fund. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 15. VOUCHERS, Approved MOTION, passed Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve Voucher No. 198,164 through No. 198,667. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. 16. EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION VIDEO; YOUTH COMMISSION PRESENTATION; MOSQUITO CONTROL UPDATE, Committee reports A local production company is filming activities in county buildings this week, according to Mrs. Johnson, to update the employee orientation video for the personnel office. Mrs. Johnson said she will be using money in her 2005 travel budget to hire outside help to prepare the commission presentation for the Youth Commission program this fall. She has gathered about two hours worth of research materials for the project. Mr. Pawluk updated commissioners on the mosquito control efforts to date, since he attends those committee meetings. 17. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. - notice of meeting to discuss the status of county and municipal solid waste disposal programs to be held June 23, 2005 from 1 :00-3:00 PM in the Clay County Courthouse, 3rd floor meeting room. 18.
