WARRANTY DEED <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Together with an easement with all others having a like right for the <br />purpose of ingress and egress over and through a tract or parcel of <br />land described as follows: that part of the North Half of the <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and that part of <br />Government Lot 2, of Section 36, Township 142 North, Range 49 <br />West, Cass County, North Dakota, described as follows, to wit: <br />Commencing at a point on the West Section line of said Section 36, <br />which point is 20.0 feet North of the Southwest corner of the <br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter of said Section 36; thence South along the West Section <br />line of said Section 36 for a distance of 20.0 feet to the Southwest <br />corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northwest Quarter of said Section 36; thence East along a line <br />parallel with the South boundary of the Northwest Quarter of said <br />Section 36 for a distance of 1,920.0 feet; thence N 450 E to a point <br />which is 20.0 feet North of the extended North boundary line of the <br />South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />said Section 36; thence West along a line parallel with the South <br />boundary of the said Northwest Quarter of said Section 36 and <br />which line is parallel to and 20.0 feet North of the South boundary of <br />the herein described tract or parcel, for a distance of 1,940.0 feet, <br />more or less, to the point of beginning, said Easement being <br />appurtenant to the above-described Auditor's Lot 2 and also being <br />appurtenant to Auditor's Lot 1 of the North Half of Section 36, in <br />Township 142 North, Range 49 West, Cass County, North Dakota; <br /> <br />Excepting and reserving unto the Grantor, the right to convey said <br />Easement or rights of ingress and egress under said Easement to <br />the titleholders of said Auditor's Lot 1. <br /> <br /> THIS WARRANTY DEED IS BEING GIVEN, EXECUTED AND RECORDED TO <br />CORRECT TITLE AND RETURN EXCESS LAND CONVEYED BY GRANTEES TO GRANTOR <br />IN WARRANTY DEED DATED NOVEMBER 11, 1997 AND RECORDED NOVEMBER 12, 1997 <br />AS DOCUMENT NO. 886409. <br /> <br /> Grantee certifies the transaction to be exempt from filing a statement of consideration <br />under Section 11-18-02.2(e) of North Dakota Century Code. <br /> <br /> Date: <br /> <br /> Grantee or Agent <br /> <br />The legal description was obtained from a previously recorded instrument. <br /> <br /> <br />
