VOUCHERS, ADDroved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to approve Voucher <br />No. 160,467 through No. 160,769. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />13. MEETING UPDATES; BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS PROJECTS; COMMISSIONER WIELAND <br />MAKES ANNOUNCEMENT, Committee reDOrts <br />Commissioners reported on meetings they have attended in the past two weeks, as well as <br />upcoming meetings. <br /> <br />Bonnie Johnson, County Coordinator, updated the Commission on a number of buildings and <br />grounds projects and the government document delivery system. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wieland announced that he will not be a candidate for County Commissioner for <br />the next term. He will be retiring from his county position, which ends this December, and may <br />pursue other political areas following this year. <br /> <br />14. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />North Dakota State Water Commission notice of Cass County's eligibility to apply for FY <br />2002 grant funding from the Flood Mitigation Assistance program because of the county's <br />past activities in developing a flood hazard mitigation plan; <br />information from Lake Agassiz Regional Council on Community Development Block <br />Grant (CDBG) funding applications. <br /> <br />15.
