Issues of Coneem: Throughout the last quarter of this project the following issues have been identified: Actual microfilming counts vs. survey counts (Completed 02/28/2001) The microfilming counts have been lower than our original survey estimates in several of the counties in which the microfilming has been completed. If this trend continues we should be able to fund the entire microfilming project. On February 28, 2001 the microfilming project was completed with approximately 5.5 million pages being filmed. This amount is about 1.1 million pages less then our original estimates at the start of the project. Aggressive schedule for microfilming project (Completed - 02/28/2001) The microfilming vendors have indicated that our schedule for completing the microfilming portion of this project is very aggressive. The microfilming project is scheduled for completion on or before February 28,2001, approximately ninety days prior to the end of the grant. We will continue to monitor the timetable for completion of the microfilming project very closely throughout this grant. On February 28, 2001 the microfilming project was completed. As of June 2001, the microfilming retakes had been completed in forty-three of the forty-four participating counties. With the last county scheduled to be completed in the next quarter. 2002 NDRIN Budget (Completed - 07/27/01) The initial 2002 NDRIN budget needs to be developed and presented to the Cass County Commission by August 1, 2001. In-Kind Reimbursement (Completed - 12/26/01) The total in-kind reimbursement amount of $186,458.50 exceeded the fifteen percent county match required by the FEMA grant.
