<br />RECEIVED <br /> <br />JAN 4 2002 <br /> <br />CASS COUNTY COMMISSION <br /> <br />Memorandum <br /> <br />To: <br />From: <br />Date: <br />Re: <br /> <br />Cass County Commission <br />Kathy Hogan <br />January 4, 2001 <br />Annual Leave extension <br /> <br />According the Cass County Personnel Policy 6.00, individuals who are <br />unable to fully use their annual leave by January 15 of each year may <br />request an extension, if the inability to use the leave is cases of extreme <br />hardship or emergency. <br /> <br />Elise Torbenson, Eligibility Worker, has 3.25 hours of annual leave that she <br />has been unable to use because she is currently providing eligibility for two <br />full time caseloads, her own and Kathryn Strandberg. <br /> <br />Proposed motion: I move that Elise Torbenson be granted a one time <br />extension of her 3.25 hours of annual leave beyond the January 15 deadline. <br /> <br />cc: Elise Torbenson <br />Bonnie Johnson <br />Alice Swenson <br />Kathleen Wilkinson <br />Jerry Skjonsby <br />
