Commission Minutes--December 17, 2001 2395 MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the contract with Fargo Cass Public Health for renewal of in-home services to eligible recipients of Cass County Social Services. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. VOUCHERS, Approved MOTION, passed Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve Voucher No. 158,995 through No. 159,443. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. MEETING UPDATES; POPULATION PROJECTIONS; ELECTION PRECINCTS; ANNEX REMODELING UPDATE, ~orts Commissioners reported on meetings they have attended in the past two weeks, as well as upcoming meetings. Mr. Wieland shared information on population projections for the next 25 years as prepared for the Fargo Moorhead Metropolitan Council of Governments. Mike Montplaisir provided information on proposed precinct boundaries and said the Cass County Redistricting Board is meeting this Thursday, December 20th, at 9:00 AM in the Commission Room, Cass County Courthouse. Bonnie Johnson said the Annex fourth floor remodeling project is nearing completion. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to receive and file correspondence outlined bythe secretary as follows: Motion carried. copyofletter to FEMA from Houston Engineering concerning the flood insurance restudy; copy of North Dakota Supreme Court Order concerning judicial vacancy in the Northwest Judicial District at Minot.
