<br />Commission Minutes--December 3, 2001 2387 <br /> <br />,-- <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />DECEMBER 3, 2001 <br /> <br />1. MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chairman John Meyer called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as <br />follows: Donna Schneider, Alon Wieland, Scott Wagner, Robyn Sorum and John Meyer. <br /> <br />2. MINUTES APPROVED <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded that the minutes of <br />the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA, Order aDDroved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to approve the order <br />of the agenda with one addition to the regular agenda as follows: jail <br />change order for eye wash stations. Motion carried. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />BEER AND LIQUOR LICENSES, ADDroved for 2002 <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to renew county <br />beer and liquor licenses for 2002 for the following applicants, subject <br />to review and approval by the State's Attorney, the Sheriff, and the <br />respective township boards: On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />Brenda Hersch and Amy Nesemeier, Club 94, Casselton <br />Tatonka, LLC, Knickerbocker at Hickson, Christopher J. Nelson and Tom Neameyer <br />Richard and LaVonne Schroeder, Chaffee Bar and Cafe' <br />Wild Rice Bar & Grill, Inc., Gladys Pfennig <br />Red River Valley Fair Association, West Fargo <br />John Nelson, The Shooting Park, Horace <br /> <br />5. BOND FOR LOST INSTRUMENT, U.S. Title & Closina: Bank of America <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to receive and file <br />Indemnity Bonds on Lost Instrument for U.S. Title & Closing and for <br />the Bank of America, and authorize the county treasurer and the <br />county auditor to issue duplicate checks. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />TAX-FORFEITED LOTS, Offered to resDective cities <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wagner moved and Mrs. Schneider seconded to authorize the <br />county auditor to offer to the city in which property is located the list <br />of unsold properties from the annual tax sale for $1.00 per property, <br /> <br />-- <br />
