<br />,--- <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />,--- <br /> <br />.-- <br /> <br />Commission Minutes--October 1, 2001 2359 <br /> <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to add a 6.97 acre tract <br />in 2-142-49, Wiser Township, as omitted property for 2001 in the <br />amount of $42,900 prorated value for four months, according to notice <br />sent from the county auditor to Troy & Patricia Hall, Gardner, North <br />Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to add a 24.39 acre <br />tract in 3-137-53, Watson Township, as omitted property for 2001 in <br />the amount of $40,000 residential structures six- months prorated <br />assessment, according to notice sentfrom the county auditorto Grant <br />& Roberta Phipps, Leonard, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to add a 7.23 acre tract <br />in 34-139-50, Mapleton Township, as omitted property for 2001 in the <br />amount of $60,000 residential structures prorated value for five <br />months, according to notice sent from the county auditor to Wade & <br />Becky Benson, Fargo, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />LOST INSTRUMENT BOND, Received and filed for Traill County <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to receive and file the <br />Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for Traill County, and authorize <br />the county treasurer and the county auditor to issue a duplicate <br />check. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />6. ABATEMENT APPLICATIONS, Aooroved for Adrian Kieffer: Trevor & Sharee Monilaws <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded that abatement #4210 <br />for Adrian Kieffer be approved as recommended by the Empire <br />Township Board and the Director of Equalization. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded that abatement #4211 <br />and #4212 for Trevor and Sharee Monilaws be approved as <br />recommended by the Empire Township Board and the Director of <br />Equalization. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />PERMITS FOR RAFFLE/BINGO, Aooroved for Kindred Close-Uo: Four Corners Wildlife <br />Club: Chaffee Lions Club <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve a raffle and <br />bingo permit for the Kindred School Close-Up Club to be held <br />November 20, 2001, at the Kindred High School in Kindred, North <br />Dakota. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />
