<br />REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS

<br />1. MEETING TO ORDER
<br />Chairman John Meyer called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present as
<br />follows: Donna Schneider, Alon Wieland, Scott Wagner, Robyn Sorum and John Meyer.

<br />MOTION, passed
<br />Mrs. Schneider moved and Mr. Wagner seconded that the minutes of
<br />the previous meeting be approved as written. Motion carried.

<br />MOTION, passed
<br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Sorum seconded to approve the order of
<br />the agenda as printed. Motion carried.

<br />MOTION, passed
<br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to add an 8.44 acre
<br />tract in the SE 1/4, 17-138-49, Stanley Township, as omitted property
<br />for 2001 in the amount of $31 ,200 residential structures assessment
<br />for 5 months, according to notice sent from the county auditor to
<br />Anthony & Dottie Cullen, Horace, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the
<br />motion carried unanimously.

<br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to add Lot 10, Block 1,
<br />West Brook Addition, Stanley Township, as omitted property for 2001
<br />in the amount of $144,500 total value, according to notice sent from
<br />the county auditor to Myron B. Cusey, Horace, North Dakota. On roll
<br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously.

<br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to add Lot 8, Block 1,
<br />West Brook Addition, Stanley Township, as omitted property for 2000
<br />in the amount of $132,200 total value and for 2001 in the amount of
<br />$134,900 total value, according to notice sent from the county auditor
<br />to Peter & Valerie Bushaw, Horace, North Dakota. On roll call vote,
<br />the motion carried unanimously.

<br />West Brook Addition, Stanley Township, as omitted property for 2000
<br />in the amount of $165,400 total value and for 2001 in the amount of
<br />$167,200 total value, according to notice sent from the county auditor
<br />to Charleen A. Greuel, Horace, North Dakota. On roll call vote, the
<br />motion carried unanimously.
